Comment . . . Thomas' age at marriage age doesn't quite fit: he would have been a couple of years older than 30. But it must be him. His illegitimate daughter Edith was born three months after he married Sarah. Sarah's dates all point to a woman born in 1748, but it's not certain that she was the Sarah Hudson born that year in Aberford.
It is certainly unusual for a couple to have named two daughters "Ann" and "Hannah" unless one had died. Their last child, Stephen, was born when his mother Sarah was 45. By then the couple had left Denton and moved to Burley.

Comment . . . John Green evidently died before 1841, and his widow set up a grocery shop. Wigglesworth is in Ribblesdale, 10 miles NW of Skipton.
